Historic Development

Historic Developments have design restrictions that dictate the elements that may be incorporated into blueprints.

Restoration of an existing structure requires research of authentic design styles of a specific era.  Materials and forms must reflect the era of the original structure.  Historic tax credits are available at the State and Federal level to assist with the costs of historic restorations.
